I did sign a contract hire but changed my mind 3 days later. I have informed the employer via email that i will not be joining their company. The letter of appointment states that i am required to compensate one month salary if i fail to report work. I feel that is very unfair to me . I didn't even start work , yet the company demand compensation. The
