Michael asks…Advice on Resignation Letter?My company is trying to find reasons (excuses) to terminate/end employment for a chunk of their workforce, as they are looking to get lean. I was given an ultimatum-Meet a much higher set of expectations on a weekly basis, or face immediate termination... OR... Put in a resignation, we'll thank you for your service, and pay you for the next two weeks + your saved vacation time. No severance package.
