Charles asks…What do you think of this letter of complaint?My local fish and chip shop. I've never written a letter of complaint before, but feel very strongly about the way I was treated by this woman.
To whom it may concern,
On the 7th of November at approximately 4pm, I was served by a woman with short blonde hair in a way that I feel was unprofessional and offensive. I had ordered chicken nuggets which I realised were frozen when I went to eat them. I immediately re-entered the store
