Donald asks…I am collecting disability pension I WAS HURT ON MY JOB SHOULD I ALSO BE COLLECTING WORKERS COMPENSATION?I was hurt on my job as a garbage man during a severe snow storm. I ruptured tendons in my right elbow and forearm. Surgery made it worse. I was out of work for 1 year and 9 months. I was only paid workers comp for 1 year.
