Your Questions About Compensation Letter To Customer
Paul asks…has anyone had problems with an airline before? what did you do??I am supposed to be flying Airtran today from Chicago to Miami, and Airtran called me at 11:00pm last night and cancelled my 7:40am flight....pretty short notice, I know. This complicates everything on my 3 day only vacation. They gave me a flight for 5:30pm today which I took because if I cancel, yes I would get my full refund from Airtran, but the hotel would charge me for one full day still. No matter what I do, I
