Now I need to resign to my current job. By contract I suppose to provide 4 weeks notice
My new employer really needs me to start in 2 weeks more from now
I have 28 accrued days of annual leave
So what happens if I resign and provide 2 weeks notice? Will then the company absorb the annual leave and wont pay me for it?
