Lizzie asks…Theft under $5000.. letter?Hi there, my neice has been charged with theft under $5000 about a month ago. Is it possible that the company will not send the letter of compensation asking for money? Her court appearance and fingerprinting is in 4 days, should we have gotten it by now? Thank you.
We already hired a lawyer. He keeps asking if we got the letter by now or not. They had her sign a paper saying that they have the right to mail us for any compensation.
