Your Questions About At Fault Driver Protection
Lizzie asks…Shouldn't uninsured motorist protection cover me?I was driving on the highway and an SUV cut me off. They came from my left, jumped in front on me and SLAMMED on brakes AS they were jumping in front of me. (They crossed a medium line to get in front of me--apparently they were trying to get into my lane to exit right before the exit lane ran completely out). I put my foot on the brake but had to slam on them because there was nowhere for me to move and so I hit the back of them.
