Mandy asks…What happens when the driver at fault doesn't have insurance?I was in a car accident and when the cop went to get the other person's information he got verything except their policy number. He said he would call me that night with their policy number which never happened. The cop told me they will hold him at fault for the accident which it was his fault because he rearended me. But my insurance told me I had to call his insurance myself if I wanted to go through his insurance, so
