Your Questions About At Fault Driver Has No Insurance

Lizzie asks…At fault driver was intoxicated, can the insurance company skip out?Question: My brother was recently injured in a head on collision with what appears to have been an intoxicated driver. The driver was found to be at-fault according to the crash report, my brother shared no "contribution" to the accident.

I say "appears to have been intoxicated" because the other driver died, and toxicology reports are pending.
