Daniel asks…If U get rear ended on the freeway who is at fault U or the other driver?OK so my bf was driving on the freeway an he was in the fast lane which is the far left lane he was going about 45-50 mph when traffic had slowed down he proceeded to slow down with traffic when the driver behind him didn't slow down in time they went to avoid him so they swerved to the left (onto the shoulder) to keep from rear ending him but didn't quite swerve/slow down in time so the other drivers right
