William asks…At fault drivers insurance cover their damage?Knowing that they are at fault... My friend pulled out in front of someone exiting a parking lot. Both vehicles had minor damage.. Will either insurance company pay to have her car repaired if she is at fault??admin answers:If she bought collision insurance, and the damage is over her deductible, her insurance will pay.
If she doesn't have collision insurance, or damage is under the deductible, she's uninsured, and no one else
