Joseph asks…Can I sue the driver at fault?I was in a multi-car accident about 2 months ago and the at fault driver's insurance assumed full liability. The at fault driver had $10,000 in coverage. My property damage came up to $5,300 and the total property damage came up to $13,500. Because of that I will receive only ~$4,000. Can I sue the at fault driver for the difference? Assuming that I can sue, what will happen if:
1) the driver doesn't have enough assets. Does that mean that I wont be
