Your Questions About At-fault Driver With No Insurance
Chris asks…I crashed my car into another driver and was at fault. i also had no mot since 13/3/12 will insurance payout?I was at fault for an accident between 2 cars colliding head on. Neither driver was injured. i may be prosecuted with dangerous driving. i have no mot and have fully comp insurance. does this mean they will still payout?admin answers:NO your car must be MOTd when on the road,and your insurance becomes invalid without an MOT,it will also cost you more when you do go to
