Chris asks…whos at fault when the driver not at fault doesnt have a lisence?I was driving yesterday, and someone rear ended me. they were clearly at fault. I do not have a drivers license though and there was no damage sustained to my car and won't be reported as an insurance claim. Since I don't have a license I am still not at fault right the other person who hit me should still have to pay for his own vehicle correct? (ALL ASIDE FROM THE DRIVING W/O LICENSE SITATION)
