Charles asks…ICBC Personal Injury Claim Advice?I was driving my dad's car to take my parents to the airport. I had to stop suddenly and to avoid hitting the cars at a red light in front of me I swerved to the curb lane and smacked dead on into a pole. No other vehicles were involved. I believe the brakes didn't work. My dad and I were not seriously injured but my mom was. No broken bones or anything but severe pain. My parents are seniors in their 70's.
