Michael asks…need legal advice on making a personal injury claim?My 11yr old,2yr old and i were in car accident on thur by 4WD who ran a red light(Hit us at a min of 80km hr). Cars written off, im injured from head to toe. 11yr old and i have whiplash. All 3 of us have soft tissue injury. Kids are traumatised as am i. I want to sue for pain and injury.
