Ken asks…How do I claim compensation from my insurance company?It has taken my insurance company over 15 weeks to put right my living room after it was damaged by lightning. All because they had appointed loss adjusters who took their time giving the go ahead to the builders. Is there any sort of compensation I can claim for? Especially seeing as I have a 4 year old son and they still hvent replaced my fireplace.
