Helen asks…What does No win No fee actually mean?I'm claiming against someone for a road traffic accident cus I was injured with whiplash, bruises and a cut across my chest. The lawyrs I'm now dealing with are no win no fee, but have costs for disbursments? success fees? and add VAT and are on about Benchmark 3 Insurance Policies? So much to go through, and I'm only 18 :/ I have no bloody clue what to do.
I rang up National Accident Helpline - they may not have made me feel like an underdog,
