Your Questions About Claim For Personal Injury From Auto Accident
George asks…Can a personal injury lawsuit be dropped once it's filed?We hired an attorney to settle a PI claim from an auto accident. He has/is doing a really crummy job. So bad that he didn't get the info. to the defendents attorney's in time for the depostions. They rescheduled because of it. We aren't happy w/ our attorney at all and don't know what to do at this point. Wondering about just getting the bills that weren't covered by our health insurance paid and being done with it.
