Sharon asks…i want to claim for personal injury i endured from a car accident?it occured 3 years ago this december.my friend was driving and she has no problem with me claiming so liability wont be a problem. however in 2003 the law in ireland changed the limitation period from 3 yrs to 2 years after accident that you can make a claim. since liability wont be disputed do you think the 11 months extra for me will make a difference?
