Your Questions About No Win No Fee Claims Solicitors

Donald asks…Shouldn't "No win no fee" Contingency Fee Agreement include Barrister costs?I have signed a "No win no fee" Contingency fee agreement with a solicitor, however recently, as the hearing approaches, she has told me that we will need to instruct a barrister and there will be about £10K Barrister fee.
