Paul asks…how much is a reasonable amount to ask for personal damage in car accident?I was recently involved in a small accident,as I was driving through a parking lot a car reversed pretty fast out of his parking space and hit my car pretty hard.He hit on the side where my 8 yr. old son was sitting and my son got a small whiplash but nothing that required medical treatment.He was more traumatized and shaken up more than anything!Should I ask for personal damage for my son or ??And how much
