Richard asks…claiming back credit card charges?Hi there, I think I'm entitled to claim back unfair credit charges on several old credit cards. I have found a company called 'My Claims Expert.co.uk' They claim to carry out all work on a no win no fee basis - has anyone had dealings with this company? I would be so grateful for any advice. P.s. My credit cards are now with a debt collection agency - will this prevent me from claiming back the charges?
