Susan asks…Uk car insurance (The opposing party had no Insurance)Help!!?I have recently had a car accident over the previous week and I am sure the the driver whom i drove into the back of was not insured for the car in question .
I would be grateful if you could offer me some information on this and answer some of the brief following questions if possible :
If the driver is not insured for the opposing vehicle,is there someway that I could claim for the financial loss to my insurance
