David asks…If I make a peronsal injury claim, will it affect anyones car insurance?I was in a minor car accident, I was a passenger, we drove into a ditch, there was no other car involved. I have serious whiplash and I was wondering if i put a personal injury claim in, will it affect the drivers insurance, he is a good friend and I don't want his insurance to go up or for him to be affected in any way by me making a claim.
