Carol asks…Have you had a bad experience with "no win,no fee" Accidents at work?I did basically i fell down a whole set of straires, loads of other people had in the weeks before. My injuries were serious and i was in cast for 9 weeks and out of work for 4 months. When it came to my claim they said the landing just before the straires wasnt the straires so my claim was invalid. I think the solicitor got a backhander. In short i lost £5000/6000 in wages and they ripped out their dodgy
