Your Questions About Personal Injury

Sharon asks…How can I still exercise with a sprained ankle?I am a cross country runner and I rolled my ankle on a run. I normally roll my ankle all the time but this time it got swollen and black and blue. My personal trainer thinks it's sprained and I should stay off of it for two weeks. I think it's a very minor sprain because it only hurts when you touch it not when I walk or run.
