Your Questions About Compensation Stress Work
Michael asks…If a travel agent makes a mistake booking a flight who is responsible?I purchased 3 tickets to Ireland going through JFk but on the way back the flight has me coming in JFK then changing to Laguarda Ny to fly to florida ???? she did this with out telling me(the agent) I told her I only wanted to go through JFK. but now I got tickets that have me running all over NY, What can i do Does the Agency have to correct this & give me what I asked for? please Help 3 days to flight
