Helen asks…What happens if you win a house in a charity lottery, and can't afford the taxes on it?And it is on the market and just won't sell (we are talking a nice house worth almost $800 000 and all new furniture). What happens when you can't pay your taxes on it?
You want to sell it and buy abit smaller house that is more affordable (as far as maintenance goes) but it won't sell. And you can't pay the taxes. Than what?admin answers:Most people are able to sell for enough to pay the taxes
