Donald asks…Do I let their insurance company record my take on the accident?I just spoke with my auto insurance company and gave my account of the incident that occurred. She mentioned that the other driver's insurance company is going to call me. This makes me nervous because of course they will not want to pay the claim and will try to use anything I say against me. My insurance said basically they rule the at-fault party the one who was in the lane the least when pulling out of the parking
