Your Questions About I Can't Pay Attention When I Read
Michael asks…How can I get rid of cramps - without pain medication?I get terrible cramps every month. I can't sleep or pay attention in any of my classes. I feel like the only thing I can do is curl up in bed and read a book until it passes. I've been using a heating pad for a little over an hour now and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I already took some midol, also hasn't helped.admin answers:Walking/moving around, heating pad, Motrin, drink TONS of water..... Feel better :)Mary
