Your Questions About I Can't Pay Attention

Sandy asks…can't pay attention/keep my focus?i have clinial depression and anxiety, so many thats why? but i cant pay attention/keep my focus on school/school work. when the teachers talking my mind just drifts, sometimes i don't even realize it, i'll try to pay attention next thing i know i'm in a fog. school work, i just can't get motivated to do it, just everything seems in a blurr sometimes. i smoke bud like once a week, but i dont think its the reason for my lack of attention.
