Ruth asks…What is the statute of limitations in Indiana on suing someone?Is it 2 years? Also, what happens if you sue someone and they just never pay you. Can they simply just say they have no money and continue not paying indefinitely or drag it out with 5 dollar a month payments?admin answers:Yes it is two years, however once the lawsuit is in place and their is a record of you having won their really isn't a time limit on you getting paid unless otherwise stated in the final terms.
