Your Questions About I Cant Pay Attention To Anything
James asks…I CANT PAY ATTENTION IN CLASS?im a junior in high school and its very hard for me to pay attention like ill either play with my hair all period of just focus on something else or put my head down. i try to pay attention but it doesnt last very long and its causing my grades to go down. do i have ADD or is there anything i could do to help? i really am trying i just cant pay attentionadmin answers:I'm a sophmore, and i have the exact same problem....I think I do have ADD though its
