I need your advice/help.
Driving to my destination (in one of UK towns), I somehow got lost despite my well-prepared plan and direction map. I was stopped by a police (in a van) from behind my car who seemed to know of my difficulties. However, he was such a gentleman offering to guide (by following his van) me to my destination. To my unpleasant surprise, I received a notice of penalty charge a few days later from the town
