Mark asks…Anyone, know anything about CA Nam vets receiving compensation for stress? Agent Orange cannot be mentioned.?I understand that Viet Nam vets from CA have received compensation for stress, not ptsd, but they cannot mention agent orange. What kind of stress is this?
