Mandy asks…Will I win in court with my tenant??My tenant is being a proper scoundrel. I have done some less than savoury things, I have not had working fire alarms or a gas safety check, so sue me! Well, he did! And I have no defence! I have managed to get the court to lengthen my timeframe - twice! But I have no defence to these things, I have been around and rectified all my wrongdoings though now that I have been found out! That will nullify the claim i think :-/
