Charles asks…Can i sue my ex landlord?I lived in my apt for 2 yrs, about 3 months into my lease it was raining season and my living room ceiling started to devlop a water leak. I contacted my landlord n told him about it and his solution was to poke a hole in the area n drain the water out. throughout the rest of my lease my ceiling continue to leak more n more. he had his maint guy come and he peeled paint off n exposed the drywall which had black mold spots all over. thats all he done that
