Jenny asks…Their is a picture of my friend online?Their is a picture of my friend online. He suffers from paranoia and anxiety, when he saw the picture he was not happy, what makes things worse is that he was in his own front garden.
This gives away his identity and where he lives. Would we be able to get any compensation for the stress my friend is under. Would it be covered by the data protection act?admin answers:Unless the picture of him was taken purposefully, he can do sod all !
