Ruth asks…Has anyone else had this trouble with Marks & Spencers?This week I purchased a cardigan from the M&S website. I checked my internet banking next day & I was about three hundred pounds less than I should have been. I panicked and thought I was the victim of identity fraud. I cancelled my card and froze my internet banking. I was well over my overdraft limit and so was being charge ridiculous amounts by my building society. I was unable to access my own account at all
