Your Questions About Personal Injury Claim Against Me
Laura asks…car accident/ insurance trouble?I was hit from behind and he dented my boot and split my bumper. I hit my fore head on the steering wheel and the seat belt locked causing a red mark on my chest. Hes accepted liability but my claim for personal damages he says, is impossible as he just bumped my car at 4mph It now seems its my word against his, but i went to the docs the same day and they noted my bruised head and said i had whiplash to my neck. I also took pictures of my injuries .
