Joseph asks…Could my son claim compensation?I suppose the accident which resulted in my two year olds broken femur and a week in traction was technically my husbands fault. He was giving our son a shoulder ride when the little one leaned backwards and nearly fell. His dad grabbed him and caught him mid air but in the process broke his femur.
We all felt terrible about this but fortunately our boy made a great recovery. Everybody we know is telling us to make a claim and put the money away
