Your Questions About Claim For Compensation Letter
Lizzie asks…If a Bankers draft hasn't been cashed will the Bank realise?A cheque was sent to our old address, the new owner opened the letter and found a cheque for quite a large amount. Her husband then threw the letter away including the cheque. The cheque was for a compensation claim made 5 years ago. I've traced the previous cheque back to the bank but it was a Bankers draft, so no solicitors details. Will the bank realise the cheque hasn't been cashed and contact us again? What else can
