David asks…if i resign can i claim compensation?im in a situation in work (t-mobile uk) where i am suspended
i work in a call centre and the employer is trying to say that ive been hanging up on customers in order to fabricate my call time statistics ( i.e less time on a call, lower average call handling time) i fear that if invited to a diciplinary i will be fired
, if they invite me to a disciplinary i will probably quit because i dont want a dismissal on my record and its the only company
