Mark asks…What amount of GBP will i make from this claim?My right hand index finger was trapped by a window at work, and my it cut through my finger and nail.
I ended up at A&E and had plastic surgery a few day later to repair my finger which consisted in removing the entire nail and reconstructing the nailbed.
I didnt have to stay in hopital at all, but i wasent able to use my hand for 3 weeks, and stayed out of work for 2 weeks. Also took my driving test and the finger was a issue.
