Ruth asks…I want to file a consumer complaint against a private company.. need details on how to do it?I had recently brought a set of spectacles from a reputed brand in Bangalore, India... This company advertises that they provide zero error prescription and they do a series of test to ensure zero error , However when i ordered one, i got an incorrect lens,which when i wore for 2 days,it gave me a head ache and when i went back this company offered to fix it free of cost, while they refused
