Susan asks…personal injury?hi im a cab driver and was involved in car accident last week. its my second accident that ive had this year. As cabdriver im putting my self at risk becuase i spend most of my time on the road. Due to the impact of the other car i have injured my left knee, wrist and my lower back which is an existing injury.I am not at fault for this accident. can i claim for an existing injury becuase my back was healed before this accident . thanksadmin answers:Good luck mate,
