Your Questions About Claim For Compensation Accident
Charles asks…Can someone help me with a Accident Insurance claim problem?My mom got into a car accident at a red light. When the light turned green a girl that was driving a truck hit her from the back..(guess she hit the gas a little hard) she got her insurance info and of course the girl realized she was at fault and so were all the other witnesses around. The thing is...My moms 21st Century insurance was expired for more than 15 days. Is she still entitled for compensation of the damages
