Your Questions About Claim For Compensation Letter
Ken asks…accidental copyright infringement?Hi, Can anyone advise me. I have received a letter from a high court of justice chancery via ACS Solicitors on the 7/7/2010 stating a letter of claim for copyright infringement. However it does not state at which high court. The letter is asking me for a submission and a one off payment of £495 as way of compensation.I am unaware of any download which they claim but they appear to have evidence that my ISP address was used.
